Las operaciones de carga y descarga son sencillas e intuitivas: el carro de lavado se transporta frente a la puerta AWD, que se abre automáticamente si la máquina está libre.
A continuación, se empuja el carro hasta el tope, se cierra la puerta y se inicia el ciclo específico para el carro insertado.
Cuando finaliza el ciclo, se abre la puerta de descarga y, si el sistema de descarga está libre, el carro se transporta al sistema de descarga.
El sistema es completamente modular, para adaptarse a cualquier tipo de configuración, pudiendo albergar 2 o más carros tanto en entrada como en salida.
En este caso, obviamente, una lógica de control regula el proceso, moviendo un carro a la vez, evitando cualquier tipo de colisión.
